Close contact with our customers is extremely important to us from start to finish. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible in order to arrage a visit. Our initial communication will happen through email. From then on a preferred form of communication can be used.


When you contact us there is no requirement for any details specifically, just let us know what work you need doing and we’ll go from there. We are relativly flexible on visiting times but they will have to be during business hours. We also do not charge anything until the a quote for the work has been agreed upon meaning there is no risk in having us look at your job and quote it.
